How's that for a straightforward policy? We'll cover the costs of getting your order to you, no matter where in the world you live. After all, who wants to be surprised with an overly inflated shipping cost right before you're about to check out? In the event that your order is returned by the carrier due to an incomplete or inaccurate address provided in the checkout process, you will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
If you've received a damaged or mis-printed item, drop a note in the contact form and we'll make sure we get you a properly produced, perfectly undamaged replacement. Requests must be received within two weeks of receiving your order. Photos may be required to alert our supplier of any issues in the shipping and manufacturing process.
We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrectly ordered sizes. Before ordering, be sure to look closely at the provided sizing charts and compare those measurements with measurements of clothing you own that fits you well.
